Ofir koltun
Makes knowledge accessible with calming simplicity - and helps you become the parents you want to be.
In a world overflowing with information, emotions, and challenges, I am here to bring clarity.
To calm. To explain. To accompany.
And to help you feel confident in becoming the parents you want to be.
My name is Ofir Koltun. I am a pediatric physiotherapist with a master’s degree in child development, specializing in parent guidance and developmental support.
I support parents and children through developmental processes, life transitions, and emotional or behavioral challenges
My work combines deep professional knowledge from the fields of child development, regulation, and physiotherapy, together with a human, grounded, and calming approach. This allows parents to better understand what is happening with their child — and, most importantly, how to support both their child and themselves.

Over the past 10 years, I have worked with parents and young children in Israel and abroad, supporting families during early parenthood, early childhood, and periods of significant change.
As a pediatric physiotherapist specializing in child development, regulation, and family environments, I provide parent guidance that combines deep professional knowledge with a calm, human, and reassuring approach. My goal is to help you understand what is happening for your child — and, most importantly, how to support both your child and yourselves.
I believe that good parenting is not measured by perfection, but by the ability to ask questions, seek support, and create a safe space where children and families can truly thrive.
Parental guidance
Practical guidance and support for understanding behaviors and situations at home. In every issue and in every situation, parenting is a challenging project and sometimes all it takes is a little observation and help to bring peace and joy back to the home.
Developmental therapy support
You have already received training and developmental therapy, and now it is time to implement it at home. This is not always easy. Therefore, it is useful to have complementary support for an existing therapeutic process, connecting what is happening in therapy with what is happening at home.
Calm start
Close guidance for the first period with your baby at home, to understand crying, sleep, regulation, and development. Everything you need to know about your baby's first year - and how to create the ideal environment for development and bonding.
Individual training
One meeting that focuses on a topic that concerns you here and now - relocation, a big change, starting kindergarten, a new nurse, and more. Together we will go over all the issues that arise and find a way to explain, mediate, calm, and create a calm and safe environment even around changes.

Who are my trainings suitable for?
You are a new parent and the first period feels intense and stressful. You want more clarity, confidence, and knowledge to help you support your development.
There are behaviors or situations that repeat themselves and you want to understand them in depth and get tools to deal with them.
You are facing a major change - relocation, a new garden, moving house, a new fireplace - and want to prepare yourself and your family in a calm and pleasant way.
You want a connection between what happens in physical therapy and what happens at home.
You are simply asking for a safe place to talk, understand, and improve the quality of your family life.
My guidance is suitable for parents who want to take a moment to stop, understand, and feel less alone along the way.
Together, apart, divorced, single - all types of families and loves are welcome.
Types of meetings and trainings
I offer three types of guidance and guidance, with complete flexibility to adapt the process to your family's needs.

Developmental support
Sometimes something small in development can stir up a lot of emotions in parents. Even a minor difficulty, or one that hasn't even been officially defined as a delay, can affect our confidence, the atmosphere at home, and the way we view our child's development.
Conditions like low tone or side preference are common, especially in the first year, and sometimes affect the way a baby learns to move, explore, and achieve their milestones.
If you have undergone a diagnosis or physical therapy treatment, but your heart feels that you need more space to ask, understand, practice, and strengthen what you have already started, I am here.
With the guidance I offer, you will receive both professional knowledge and a lot of support. We will practice together, understand what your child needs now, and you will learn how to continue at home in a way that brings more calm, confidence, and patience to yourself and your child.

Parental guidance
Long-term support or a single session customized for a specific topic:
Parenting brings with it many moments of questions and hesitations. Sometimes new behaviors emerge and you're not sure how to respond; sometimes it's a familiar pattern that now feels appropriate to address. You may be facing a major life change, or you may simply want to have tools that will allow for more calm, connection, and a good atmosphere at home.
With my guidance, you will receive relevant knowledge, professional support, and shared thinking that will help you understand what is behind the behaviors, and together build tailored responses and stronger bonds within the family.
You deserve to feel confident in your parenting with sensitive and professional guidance that accompanies you along the way.
You can also schedule a single meeting on a specific topic: relocation, new siblings, significant change, and more.

Calm start
You have a baby boy or a tiny baby girl, and during this time there is endless information, tips and ideas and sometimes it is simply confusing. You really want to know: What is important to do now? How can you promote development? What is expected of the baby?
In the first few months, and what is considered normal
With the guidance I offer, you will receive professional and relevant knowledge, ideas for quality time together, and emphasis on creating an appropriate developmental environment. And most importantly, you will feel safer, calmer, and more focused.
You will begin to get to know your parenting and your baby in depth, and together build a stable and healthy foundation for development.
